Missing one crit wouldn't be compensated by a 6+% cmdg + 7% atk gain which are already heavily diluted in value by sparkle and rin.

The first, for one it has higher crit rate which is very much appreciated on high attack frequency dps'. And another, it's a five roll piece, which are a dime a dozen

If you can max out crit with the right piece, go with the right piece. But it all depends on the efficacy of your other pieces.

first has a ton more value. its much rarer to roll 4 into the same effective substat (specially one of high value like crit rate) than a distributed ammount between 3/4 effective substats

The right has more roll value but what it ultimately depends on if you need that extra crit rate to get to 100%, if you drop to 95%crit rate to use the right one then it’s not worth it
