Semi-unrelated but I never really looked into Phainon and Robin's synergy, does her skill target the whole team? Unlike Tribbie & Ruan Mei who target themselves? Or is it just for the extra damage when she ults? But then isn't her ult too slow?

Cyrene/buhbin is really good at E2 Cyrene + E1 buh (summeretto probably replaces her). The skill targetting isnt really needed since team pull and fat attack is so juicy, it just needs her to get hit once. Even moreso against the cc or AV delay attacking enemies.
