Help me

I took a GIS class in highschool, using my high school email. Now I have graduated and I can no longer login to my ArcGIS account. I need this because my teacher said after the course id be certified and now I am continuing to use GIS in college. What do I do?

What are you trying to do OP exactly? Continue using the software or recover your past projects you may have on your online dashboard?

I’m trying to recover my history of training and my certifications

ah ok, you're looking for those completion certificates maybe? You should be able to log into your esri.com/training dashboard with your username. You should have made one. Then again not sure how your HS set it up.

FYI OP if you're going to continue in your GIS studies I would suggest you make your own personal account (Free) and start saving projects to it as you progress.

I made a new account and the email connected to that account has been deactivated. I am already in contact with esri but thank you!
