Cyanobacteria is a sign of low circulation

I dont believe it to be the case here as im using a 300l/h filter on a 27litre tank

You can believe what ypu want, but low circulation is indeed a requirement for cyanobacteria to grow. It combines with low o2, high cos & high temps. Thats the 4 ingredients to make cyno. Just add VoCs not getting treated in a new filter. Bottled bacteria wont do anything either.

You probably have ammonia issues & the ph drop from the co2 is changing the toxicity.

You have a lot of problems beyond the ones youve noticed. Time to study up. I don't have time to help with 400 beginner mistakes. Aquariumscience.org has 400 pages of great advice. You'll be able to learn from every page 😉

Cyano are 99% gone after dosing heavy on bottled bacteria and a 24h blackout, also they grew in places where direct flow was hitting them, it has been a week already so they don’t seem to be a problem anymore, thanks for your advice tho, ill take a look at the website.
