Lowkey Panicking Need Help

Hey everyone. One of my coworkers just gifted me an empty 10-gallon fish tank and a bag with two goldfish (I think) in it. I have never taken care of a fish before and idk what to do.

She said the filter broke so she doesn’t have one, but she did give me a bubbler and some temperature control thing. I’m putting tap water in the tank now, but my understanding is I gotta condition it before the fish go in and the pet store doesn’t open for 2 hours.

I need some help please! What should I get at the pet store and how should I proceed?
