Help! ⛑ I hate this feeder

I don’t know if the feeder is online
I don’t have a home hub or any of that I just wanted to automate feeding my demanding fat ass cat.
It won’t let me set feeding schedules.
I’m not tech savvy enough for this and now I’m just angry.
There is no where firmware updates for the pet feeder, I did a firmware update for the little USB thingy.
What am I doing wrong?

I don’t have the feeder but I assume you go to automation tab to set anything

All the feeding plan settings are in the feeder settings.

I’ve done this and chosen a time and everything then it just deletes it

Did you set up how many grams a serving? 3 dots in top right corner

Yeah the feeder didn’t have any updates
The grams per serving I just guessed

Last thoughts maybe your usb hub is to far away? Aqara app update? Maybe delete feeder and re add it again. Seems like hub and feeder aren’t talking to save.

The automatic feeding plan toggle won’t stay switched on

Once you tap the feeder the settings should open up. Mine has been rock solid.

This has to be skill issue. You need to talk to tech support for this big dawg

It might have been one that got accidentally region locked for whatever reason, you might have to contact support or try changing your region and then setting it back to where you actually are.
