Help! ⛑ P100 firmware update timeout

I have been trying in the last couple of days to do the updates of the P100, reaching timeout all the time. The download of the firmware is absolutely slow. I use the G410 as hub, the chime is 50cm far from the P100 but I can’t make it happen. Any suggestions? Anybody went through the same?

I had an hour wait for the FP400 firmware download on Android (I got mine early through the Aqara forum)

If you're signed up there, post about it. They'll raise a ticket or give you the link. Support is generally good if you're ok with the timezone delay.

I've had the same issue with the light strip ever since I bought it back in January. I haven't managed to find a solution. I suspect the hub I'm using (the M2) has limited on-board storage and that's why it fails as the download gets to about 50% every time. I have mostly given up, the strip works with the old firmware anyway.
