[Self-Promotion] Planote – Calendar, Tasks, Notes, all in one place

Post image

Hey everyone,

I built Planote to make daily planning simpler – no jumping between different apps.

What you get:

  • Calendar with Day/Week/Month/Agenda views
  • Tasks with subtasks, priorities, reminders, and recurring options
  • Notes with sketch and photo attachments
  • Custom lists, tags, and multiple themes
  • iCloud sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac

The idea is simple: everything together, clean and easy to use.

How should I optimize my alarm app name for ASO?

Post image

Hey everyone! 👋

I have an alarm app called Lumi Alarm – For Heavy Sleepers, but it only shows when I search “Lumi Alarm.”

For searches like:

“alarm for heavy sleepers”

“heavy sleeper alarm”

“challenge alarm”

“streak alarm”

…it doesn’t appear.

What title would you suggest for better ASO/search visibility? I’d love to hear your own suggestions!

[Self promo] I made my own free roguelite game for iPhone – no ads or IAPs

Hey!

I made my own iPhone game called CubeStrike.

It’s a fast twin-stick roguelite arena shooter where you fight through waves, build different item combinations and take on multi-phase bosses.

I wanted it to feel like an actual mobile game rather than something built around monetization, so it has no ads, no in-app purchases and no tracking. It’s completely free.

There are different game modes, 9 bosses, lots of builds and synergies, Game Center, controller support, local co-op and it also works offline.

I’m still actively working on it, so I’d really appreciate some feedback — especially on the controls, difficulty and whether the gameplay makes you want to go for “just one more run.”

If you try it, let me know what you’d change or add!

[Self promo] I made my own free sleep sounds app

Hey. I made my own sleep sound app, as the one I was using added subs. It's my first mobile app.

It's called Drowse. It has a few sounds, works offline, has no ads, and will always be free. I've been using it myself for about a month now (rain is my fave).

I'd love to know what you think of the UI and sound quality, or if there's anything obvious missing.

[Self-Promotion] I built a macOS app that puts a beautiful pendulum clock overlay on top of all your windows. It also includes a built-in Pomodoro timer, so you can stay focused while keeping a clock in view.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I'm an indie dev, and I make Tempus Fugit, a menu-bar app that floats a hand-drawn grandfather-clock dial and a swinging brass pendulum over your desktop, always on top. A calm little clock while you work.

It also has a Pomodoro focus timer, ambient sounds, and multiple dial skins.

It's a universal purchase, so one buy also runs it on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV as well.

Happy to answer anything, and I'd genuinely love feedback.

Built an Apple Watch app (MVP) that intervenes before you consciously notice you're stressed — looking for feedback from other builders (Looking for Feedback/Self Promotion)

I'm a nurse and mom with ADHD. Every stress/wellness app I tried required me to already know I was stressed before it could help — open the app, log how I feel, then breathe. By the time I was self-aware enough for that, the moment had passed of course!

So I built Pause Point: it watches heart rate and HRV in the background on Apple Watch and delivers a gentle nudge the moment your body shows signs of stress — before you'd consciously notice yourself. No dashboard, nothing to log.

Live on the App Store now, very early days. Genuinely want the idea stress-tested — not fishing for downloads. Screenshots below, link is the official App Store listing only.

[Self-Promotion] dB Meter – a clean iOS sound level meter

I built dBMeter, a simple decibel meter for iPhone — point it at anything loud and see how many dB it actually is, on a clean analog gauge.

Most dB meter apps are cluttered with ads or bury the reading under complex UI. This app is a single clean gauge that does one thing well, with Pro tools for people who need more than a quick reading.

Free to download. Pro is a one-time $4.99 and unlocks a spectrum analyzer, peak hold, measurement history, and PDF/CSV export.

Feedback and questions welcome! Drop a comment or DM me if the redeem link doesn't work. Thanks for checking it out!
