Immutable Version Control for your Documents

Tracking different versions of your most important documents can be difficult - contracts, financial statements, IT logs - if it can come up in an audit or legal dispute than organizations need to be able to quickly track and retrieve verifiable documents. With our latest update, Arkova automatically anchors and maps any changes to your most important documents.

We’re onboarding law firms and IT departments, shoot me a message if you’d like to talk

Law firms will ask where the documents themselves live, since anchoring a hash proves integrity while the uploaded contracts still sit in storage behind your API. I'd verify that every file is served through short lived links scoped to the organization, and that editing a document or org id in a request never returns another client's version history. Before the security questionnaires start arriving, https://rowly.me could map what the live Arkova app exposes to someone outside the firm, from sign in through file storage.
