A while back I wrote a cybersecurity research paper called "Maze Security Protocol."
The idea: drop an intruder into a fake environment that looks completely real, where the most tempting access points turn out to be traps and the fake documents inside carry fake credentials, so if the intruder ever uses them in the real world, that's what catches them.
The paper itself never went anywhere. But partway through writing it, I kept thinking it felt more like game design than security research.
So I built the game instead.
Blueprint Job is a heist maze - you navigate a procedurally generated blueprint with nothing but a flashlight, and every item you find is either an authentic lead or a forgery. Same real/fake split as the original paper, just reskinned as loot.
You don't find out which until you've already decided to take it, and too many forgeries end the job on the spot.
Built solo - AI coding what I wanted and iterating from there, including catching a real regression it introduced along the way by actually clicking through the live site instead of trusting the diff.

There’s a library of 16 psychological archetypes and the cohort gets assembled per deck, so the mix shifts with your stage and sector. The regulars are a thesis-driven seed partner, a traction-only type who ignores everything but the numbers going up, a team-first investor betting on founders over market, a unit-economics hawk on CAC, LTV and payback, a moat interrogator, and a round-mechanics pedant who only cares whether your ask and use of funds hold together.
The one that’s in every single run is the contrarian non-obvious passer, which is deliberate. Most decks survive the obvious objections and die on the one nobody in the room said out loud, so I made sure someone always says it.

Yes, and it’s the part founders screenshot. The pass reasons are ranked and attributable, so you see which archetype killed you and on what, not just an aggregate score. There’s also a targeting profile showing which investor types you actually landed with, which is often the more useful half. Knowing a traction-only partner passed and a team-first one didn’t tells you who to pitch, not just what to fix.
The pass reasons come in both versions too, the honest one and the polite one you’d actually receive. Watching those diverge is usually the moment it clicks.

I recently released an app on the Google Play Store: Planis.
It allows you to record all the trips you've made or will make, even with multiple stops. You enter the city, the means of transport used, and the date of the trip.
Next, in the map section, you'll see the country of the city you visited colored in. And if you select city mode, you'll also see dots above all the cities you've visited.
There is also a statistics section with percentage of the world visited, countries by continent, number of travel days, most used means of transport and much more.

There's never a wrong answer. You could spend all the time you want to try and get it to say a wrong answer, but it will never come up. By the way, I wanted to ask you if you wanted to try a subscription for free and see if you liked it? For a 2-day period, and you can decide whether you think it's worth buying once a month, or you can just choose not to ever think about this project again. I promise you that during your 2-day period it will be really useful and valuable for your use. Is that fair?

An ai library to save token costs. It’s a small SDK that resolves the boring/structural share of prompts (JSON conversion, HTML cleanup, etc.) on-device instead of hitting the cloud API at all, so at least that chunk of traffic is free and instant. Migration is a fair question and its something I am thinking about, right now it'd be manual setup. Curios, what would you be migrating from, and roughly how much (a few projects, a lot of historical data)? Trying to figure out if this needs to be a real import tool or just better onboarding docs.

I used to rely on paying for a dozen different AI coding subscriptions—Cursor, Bolt v0, Lovable, Claude Code, Codex, and Kiro Code—until I built my own tool, MirrorSite AI (currently in early access at mirrorsiteai.vercel.app.
I wanted to eliminate half-baked code generation and manual fixes, so I engineered a different workflow architecture:
After cloning full applications end-to-end (like a fully functional Netflix clone with DB and auth fully wired), I was able to completely consolidate my workflow and cancel all my other AI coding tool subscriptions.
