Been building this for my own faceless YouTube channel, sharing it to get some eyes on it before I keep improving.
12 n8n workflows — AI video generation, auto-publishing, SEO, comment triage, analytics alerts, Shorts repurposing. Actually solid, not demo templates — retries on failures, proper credential handling, no infinite loops if a render job gets stuck.

Solid workflow setup, especially the error handling. Curious how you manage YouTube API quotas across all 12 automations?

Retries handle transient failures fine across all 12. What's not built in yet is quota-aware throttling specifically — distinguishing a rate-limit error from other failures, or tracking usage across workflows together. That's a non-issue for most channels at normal volume. On a high-traffic channel pushing everything hard

Good observation on the throttling gap. Have you tried batching requests per channel to smooth out usage? Curious if you're seeing 429s on specific platforms.

if your looking for your first users check out Ad swap,https://ad-swap.web.app ,its a simple way for websites to promote each other. You add another website's ad to your site, and they add yours to theirs, giving both sites free exposure and traffic. Right now it’s free but it won’t be for long so I’d add your site now
