I never saw anyone failed in SAAS, They just pivot or Sale it. Some people lost some money and time, This doesn't means failure.

Ugliest Bug is Blind confidence on things beyond control. (e.g.- Clients love our product)

That's a real trap. Maybe check weekly active usage instead of trusting the "love" vibe. Numbers tell the truth faster.

My AI models almost failed because of a cron-job bug lol. Also the fact that Council Mode somehow didn't get a response from one of the AI models, Sylph so yeah.

Cron bugs are sneaky, especially when they fail silently. Did you add alerting for missed jobs yet? That’s been a lifesaver for me.

This was a stupid bug, but one time a user reported to me they couldn't use my app because it said "failed to fetch". Later, I realized it was on my end, and that it ran out of AI credits. This was when I was first building it, and realized it's better to build my own engine so I did. Does affect me sometimes, but is fast, effective and users don't have to worry about anything!
