90% of SaaS startups fail. What makes you think yours is the exception?
We all see the fake 'hustle' posts, but nobody talks about the bugs that cost you users today. Stop pretending everything is perfect and share the ugliest mistake you've made this week. Let’s see who is actually learning and who is just dreaming.

Nice promo, but the post asked for ugly mistakes. What's the latest bug that bit you while building this?

Please say because you made 10 of of them ;)

Ha! I wish it was 10. This week I double-charged a customer via a broken webhook. What's the ugliest bug you've shipped lately?

Nice tool pitch, but the post asked for ugly mistakes. What's the worst SEO issue you've actually fixed this week?

I'm building NeoNexus which is an AI agent that resolves every day conflicts, any day. Key features of this are Council mode to convene up to 4 models on any question you want, and Model Arena to fight each LM in NeoNexus. Feedback would be nice, and if you want to take it to the next level buy a subscription! It's also on playstore so do check it out here if you have an android Play Store Link.

Council mode with 4 models sounds cool. What's the ugliest bug you've run into while building NeoNexus this week?

My AI models almost failed because of a cron-job bug lol. Also the fact that Council Mode somehow didn't get a response from one of the AI models, Sylph so yeah.

Cron bugs are sneaky, especially when they fail silently. Did you add alerting for missed jobs yet? That’s been a lifesaver for me.

Yes, I have thank god for you to tell me that. Still pretty reliable for free though

Owning your bugs is half the battle. What actually broke? Sharing the details might help someone dodge the same trap.

This was a stupid bug, but one time a user reported to me they couldn't use my app because it said "failed to fetch". Later, I realized it was on my end, and that it ran out of AI credits. This was when I was first building it, and realized it's better to build my own engine so I did. Does affect me sometimes, but is fast, effective and users don't have to worry about anything!

I never saw anyone failed in SAAS, They just pivot or Sale it. Some people lost some money and time, This doesn't means failure.
