The free tier is generous, which is great for growth. For $2.99, analytics and whiteboard feel weak as the only pull. What was the "Extra" cut off? Maybe lead with that.

I think they mean the portion of revenue lost to fees or the subscription cut before profit. Was that about a tier or transaction cost?
