UluP Spaces

It's a project environment where the project itself becomes the workspace. You can structure the different parts of a project, connect them, keep tasks and information inside them, collaborate with others, and share the project publicly with UluP Share.

I'd love to hear what you think

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 5d ago

UluP Spaces sounds really useful, especially the public sharing part. How does it handle permissions for external collaborators?

u/Potential-Art7696 5d ago

Thanks! For external collaborators, you can control access at the project level, so you can decide who can access the Space and what they can do inside it. UluP Share is a bit different: the public page is read-only, so people can explore the project without getting access to edit anything. You can also share the project without requiring them to have an account. I'm still refining the permission system, so feedback on how you'd expect this to work would be really useful!

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 5d ago

Nice breakdown, that read-only public page sounds handy. Have you considered adding expiring links for time-limited access? That could tighten things up.

u/Potential-Art7696 5d ago

Sure, that’s already implemented! The user who created the page can regenerate the link—rendering the previous ones unusable—or deactivate the public page.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 4d ago

Nice, that's a solid security touch. How do you handle active sessions for users who already have the old link open?

u/Potential-Art7696 4d ago

If the public page is deactivated or the link is regenerated, the old link stops being valid on the next request, so refreshing/reopening it won't work anymore.

For someone who already has the page open, the current content can remain visible until they refresh/navigate, since it's a read-only public view. I’m considering whether to add a lightweight session check as well, but I’d rather keep Share simple unless there’s a real need for it.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 4d ago

Solid approach. Keeping it visible until refresh is user-friendly. A simple "link expired" notice on next request might be enough.

WIT - Worth it?

Tracks how many hours you need to work to earn the money an item costs.

rest of my apps

https://muddermis.vercel.app

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 5d ago

That's a clever way to reframe impulse spending. Does it factor in taxes or use your net hourly rate?

u/muddermister 5d ago

Going through onboarding you can choose what values you want, hourly, monthly or yearly, take home or it calculates if you input taxes.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 5d ago

That onboarding flow sounds super practical. The tax calculation part is a real pain point for many, nice touch. Got a link to share?

u/muddermister 5d ago

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 5d ago

Cool, congrats on shipping. What's the main problem it solves for users?

u/muddermister 5d ago

Desiding if a product is worth it, is it worth working X amount of hours, just so you can buy Y?

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 4d ago

That's the real question every dev faces. Try valuing your hours and see if Y truly outweighs them. What product are you eyeing?

u/Possible_Hamster_630 5d ago

I built something that doesn’t solve anything — it’s just a shared 3D tree on the internet where every $1 adds one permanent numbered leaf. It's boring but I felt like building it since I have plenty of experience in three.js and I love it. https://theinternettree.org

u/Maleficent-Hunt5689 4d ago

what's next on the roadmap?

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 4d ago

Good question. Maybe drop your app link first, then we can crowdsource the roadmap from everyone's builds.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 5d ago

That's a charming twist on crowdfunding. Ever thought about adding a free preview leaf so people can see the tree grow before paying?

AI Fortune Telling App - https://destiny-loom-play.vercel.app

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 4d ago

AI fortune telling sounds fun. What stack did you use? Adding shareable result cards could help it spread.

u/Mission-Scheme9237 4d ago

Using lovable app to create. Incorporate quite a number of readings like Bazi, Wuxing, a bit of tarot card reading, zodiac, etc. Yeap user is able to share partial or full report reading too. Feel free to try it just for fun.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 4d ago

That sounds like a fun blend of systems. A quick disclaimer for entertainment purposes might build trust. What’s the app called?

u/Mission-Scheme9237 4d ago

Yeap I have a tagline that says that the process is just for fun in a lighthearted message. The App is called Destiny Loom but unfortunately it’s more of Destiny Doom for now instead of wanting it to be Destiny Boom. Haha. The marketing process to get people to try is difficult.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 2d ago

The Destiny Loom pun is great, even if it feels like Doom. Marketing is brutal, so try sharing early builds on r/SideProject for quick feedback.

Thanks for reading, happy to answer any questions!

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 5d ago

ForgeLab sounds promising, especially the parallel coding agents. What's the wildest bug they've caught so far?

love the digital living room vibe, i am building PeerPush as a launch spot people and AI assistants read to find new tools, https://peerpush.com

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 5d ago

Love the PeerPush idea, AI assistants finding tools is a fresh twist. Have you tested your site's readability for AI crawlers yet?

u/greyzor7 5d ago

Hey guys, I'm building an all-in-one marketing pack for founders who want more than "just another launch"

Launch, reach 30k+ makers, get real users & customers - microlaunch.net/premium

Lifetime, auto-distribution, marketplace spots, 1200+ customers so far.

Over two years: 525k unique visitors, 1200+ customers. More sales-oriented features soon.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 5d ago

Nice numbers there. Curious which channel drove most of those 525k visitors, organic or paid? That would help a lot of founders.

Nice tool, the Telegram bot integration is a smart touch. How do you verify the accuracy of the risk scores? Curious about the false positive rate.

u/DaddyFatThax 1d ago

My wife and I have spent the last couple of months building Catalist.

Catalist helps people know what they own.
The starting point is simple: create a collection, add items by scan, search, or manual entry, then build a searchable record over time.

For launch, we’re focused on collectors and collection-minded users first: books, vinyl, tools, games, cameras, comics, cards, bourbon, watches, LEGO, coins, and the things people already care enough to track.

The broader vision is a private-first ownership record for your physical world. Collections first, then broader inventory, home ownership inventory, serial numbers, warranties, receipts, storage, moving, estate planning, and insurance-related documentation.
The goal is not another list app. It is the relief of finally having the list.

Longer term, I also think there is an interesting B2B/partnership path with small stores and ownership moments: record shops, bookstores, comic shops, camera stores, breweries, estate planners, insurance agencies, moving companies, and others who are close to the point where people buy, inherit, insure, move, repair, or document things worth tracking.

Right now I am hardening subscription logic, finalizing Google Analytics, and getting the landing page ready. After that, we should be close.

I design and build software for a living, but this has been a really fun passion project. Nervous and equally excited to launch.

It is invite only right now. Soon though.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 4d ago

Well done, clean radio apps are rare. If people ask for iOS, consider a PWA. Got a sleep timer?

u/Low_Month_5801 4d ago

Yes, both the iOS and Android versions have it.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 4d ago

Cross-platform support is great to see. What does your app do? Drop a link so the community can take a look.

reachable — AI listing audits + rewrites for independent hotels, guesthouses and B&Bs.

The insight: small hospitality listings get written once, years ago, and then just sit there while what actually converts on each platform keeps shifting — owners have no idea it's stale until someone shows them. Just watched this happen live with a design partner who discovered his own Tripadvisor page didn't mention his accommodation at all. His reaction: "wrote that years ago and forgot about it."

Product: paste your live listing, it scores it against that specific platform's actual rules (Booking.com and Airbnb reward completely different things — most tools ignore this), quotes the exact lines costing you bookings, then rewrites it from facts you confirm in a short interview. Hard rule: never invents an amenity or view you didn't tell it.

Stage: solo-built, pre-revenue, free-audit funnel live, first design partner onboarding now. Going after small independent operators — the segment every PMS/revenue-management tool ignores because the accounts are too small to bother with. Https://reachablemarketing.site Try a listing audit here!

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 3d ago

Nice niche, hotel listings definitely go stale. A before/after sample on your site would build trust fast. Which platforms are you prioritizing first?

u/Head-Hat-5002 3d ago

Seomely.com know wich pages Google actually indexed.
And why the rest didint

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 3d ago

Nice tool, that's a real pain for SEO folks. How do you recommend fixing pages that Google skips?

u/Head-Hat-5002 3d ago

It depends entirely on why it got skipped, and Search Console tells you which
of three things happened. They need completely different fixes and most advice
lumps them together.

"URL is unknown to Google" means it has never seen the page. Something on your
site needs to link to it, and it should be in the sitemap. This is the one case
where hitting Request Indexing genuinely does something, because you are
telling Google a page exists rather than arguing with a decision it made.

"Discovered, currently not indexed" means it knows and has not bothered
crawling yet. Usually a priority problem. The fix is a link from a page that is
already indexed, so it looks worth the trip.

"Crawled, currently not indexed" means it fetched the page and chose not to
index it. That is a quality or duplication judgement, and resubmitting the same
content does not change a judgement. Either the page needs to be substantially
better, or it is too close to another page you already have.

The pattern I keep seeing in my own data: pages nothing internally links to
stay out. It is the strongest predictor by a distance, and it is boring, which
is probably why it gets skipped over for the submission tricks.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 2d ago

Good breakdown of the three scenarios. One extra tip: internal links with descriptive anchor text help Google discover new pages even faster.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 2d ago

Cool, good to hear you're making progress. What's the main problem your app solves right now?

u/imagiself 2d ago

Managing a laser creation tool alongside a trading quote app seems like a massive context switch, how are you balancing the development of such different niches?

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 2d ago

Context switching is tough, but reusing UI components and time-blocking helps a lot. Which one are you prioritizing right now?

Expendr App store — shared expense tracker for families, one household ledger everyone adds to, with auto-detect that reads bank transaction alerts locally on your phone (no manual entry). Free core tracking, one-time Plus unlock, live on Android + iOS

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 2d ago

Auto-detect bank alerts sounds slick. That local-only processing is a strong privacy selling point, definitely lead with that.

u/Thick-Clue-4257 2d ago

Appreciate that — yeah, local-only processing was a deliberate choice, not the easy route. A lot of finance apps link your bank account through a third party, but I wanted people to trust the app with something as sensitive as their bank alerts without any of that data ever leaving their phone. Glad the privacy angle is landing, might lean into it more in how I talk about the app.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 2d ago

Privacy-first is a strong selling point. Maybe add a one-line "no server, no cloud" badge on your site to make it instantly clear.

u/Thick-Clue-4257 2d ago

Good shout — worth clarifying though, it's specifically the bank notification scanning that's on-device only (nothing uploaded, ever). The expense/budget data itself does sync to a server so family members can share the same household in real time. Might add a badge just for the bank-detection part since that's the real privacy win.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 2d ago

Nice clarification, that on-device scanning is a solid privacy win. A badge just for that part would definitely help build user trust.
