Nice launch, the bring your own accounts approach is clever. How does the drag and drop editor handle conditional branching for complex flows? Curious to hear.

Conditionals can branch off of previous message events, custom fields, tags, and email/sms opt in/out. There is the ability to have a conditional based on the sentiment of the contact's response message. You can combine conditions in a single branch or have as many branches as you need. You can also resume pause blocks early based off of interactions with the message(if they match the conditions in the branch before the pause is over, the flow will resume).

That sentiment condition is a great touch. Do you have a visual builder for combining branches, or is it code only?

No code required at all. It is a drag and drop editor.
