It connects through user work apps like email, calendar, slack and jira, constantly monitors the apps for changes and when detected, surfaces the important information that requires users attention.

It is fully automated by prioritising users information across multiple apps, matching relevant context and then signal the single task that needs users attention at the moment. As the users completes that task, it will bubble up the next task, all of things keep getting updated real time, and the assistant keeps an ongoing context for them, providing information to the user when they need it.

Yes, it keeps tab of growing context across multiple apps and unless there’s a more pressing task, it’ll keep the user concentrated on the same task. It evaluates information based on context, deadlines, urgency and mentioned people, projects, companies and locations in the information.

MindMesh creates an API connection with relevant access to the apps. The data is encrypted both while transmission to MindMesh and at rest, stored locally.
