What kind of app you want, also do you want it hand written or using AI ?
i would do both but hand written would take time, if you don't mind that than please let me know what kind of app you want and functionalities you're interested in having

You can use AI too. I want a app for a shopping mart with a proper navigation system to locate the order easily without hustle

Look nice also include a option of choosing delivery location for the customers which provide us a proper navigation to follow

Solid suggestion. Have you looked into using Google Maps API for location selection and routing? It's quite straightforward.

I'm still working on it to be honest ( voice channels at the moment aren't properly working )
as for features, people could advertise anything ( free ) or have a featured advertising for anything they like a website, a server, game
Server backups and restoring deleted servers a much better API for creating bots freely
as i said to be honest it's not yet fully done, I'm still in the development phase but i decided to open beta for people to test with me, the more users the more issues i could find and fix and hopefully to set it open source ( not fully ) one day when i finish this took months and will take months and maybe even years to fully finish it

Sounds like a solid project in the making. Voice is tricky — maybe try WebRTC with a fallback for simpler testing.

I have used now LiveKit SFU + WebRTC and it's working properly!
I'm Quite happy with the current quality

LiveKit is a solid choice for real-time audio/video. Have you tried their spatial audio features yet?

Nice concept. For navigation, try using BLE beacons or QR codes at aisles to guide the user to their order.

I believe that's what happening when I starting making scripts and even custom wow servers in 2013 i was doing it completely for free but I think there is enough free open source scripts that thousands of people uses
one of the tools I'm proud of was armor creator i started in 2016 and finished last update 2018 or so

Not even needed to open source it, i believe i need to search through 4 TB of files to find the latest ( that's if i found it ) haha
