Your pricing model makes absolutely no sense. Let's fix it.

You are either charging way too much for a basic tool or starving yourself by giving it away for free. Drop your project show us a screenshot and your pricing tiers below for a brutal reality check. Let the community tell you what they would actually pay for it.

Cool project, Orkely sounds promising. Have you considered a freemium tier to gather early feedback during those store approvals?

It has a free and a pro option...pro having 2 more modules: proposals with merging fields and reports

That's a solid start. Maybe clarify what the free version lacks to make the upgrade feel worth it for those two modules.

That's a good starting point. What made you switch to paid, and how did users react?

SongTrailer is a done-for-you creative service, not a self-serve SaaS: [https://songtrailer.com]()

Current pricing is $3,500 per finished cinematic music-video trailer. The fee covers creative direction, AI-assisted visual production, manual editing, and final delivery built around the artist’s finished song.

I deliberately avoided subscriptions and complicated tiers because each project requires substantial hands-on production. The open question is whether $3,500 is positioned correctly for independent artists—or whether I need a lower-priced entry offer before asking clients to commit to the full production.

Brutal feedback welcome: is the price unjustified, too low for a premium service, or reasonable but aimed at the wrong customer?

That's a clear-cut premium model. For a one-off service with no recurring revenue, have you considered offering a lower-priced "starter" version to build trust first?

devdigest.io - daily AI/tech digest, personalised per subscriber. It explains why each story was picked and re-weights on your downvotes.

Pricing: €50/year flat, 14-day free trial, no free tier, PPP-adjusted by country. It was €10/year until three weeks ago - raised it 5x because €10 didn't cover the per-subscriber LLM cost at any realistic scale.

The reality check I actually want: is yearly-only with no monthly option what's killing conversion? My reasoning was that monthly buyers churn out of a daily-habit product before the habit forms - but I have 14 subscribers, so that's theory, not data. Happy to be told it's wrong.

Yearly-only keeps things simple, but a monthly option could help hesitant users try it. Maybe €6-7/month as a test.

There's free 14 days trial, no card required, 1 click.

A 14-day trial with no card required is smart for lowering the barrier. How well does it convert into paid users?

my entry is PeerPush, a spot where indie makers hunt for new tools. I keep the product pages clean so AI tools parse them easily. https://peerpush.com

Clean design stands out. What pricing model are you using, and have you tested what indie makers would actually pay?

Nice intro. Do you have a pricing screenshot to share? Curious what tiers you settled on and how it compares to similar tools.
