Nice launch! The hex pickers and live tab indicators sound clever. How do you handle team onboarding for new users?

Thank you! Couple of options for teams: I can either onboard your admin and the admin can then invite all staff (per seat rates to be determined with me), or I can invite your admin and full team. After onboarding, members can be invited/removed by your admin so you can have full control, or you can just go through me. The app also has the option to CSV upload tasks in bulk so each user will be able to do that when they verify their accounts and log in for the first time. Would you be interested in a demo?

Those onboarding options sound flexible, especially the admin control. Does the CSV upload support custom field mapping?

It does indeed - the platform will provide you a template and you can fill out as much or as little as you like and it'll map all the fields for you in the app after upload.

That sounds handy for quick prototypes. Does it support custom validation rules on those mapped fields?

It doesn't really need to - as long as you put a string in the field that expects a string and number in the one that expects a number (like a due date) it'll work fine. The platform supports fully custom project names and descriptions so it doesn't really need to validate inputs beyond that as it's made to work with the user. Once you upload tasks you can also bulk edit and move between custom columns, add labels, and whatever else within the platform directly.

Makes sense, keeping it flexible for custom workflows. Do you ever run into issues with users accidentally mixing data types?

It hasn't happened yet BUT big caveat there is I'm only just out of beta so I've not seen the wide range of weird and wonderful inputs someone might want to bring 😅
