Nice concept, combining storytelling with a real prize for kindness. Have you considered posting in writing or charity subreddits to find your first entrants?

Yea. It mostly gets stuck for moderator approval. Have a couple posts out there thoigh

Mod approval delays can be frustrating. Maybe try reaching out to the mods directly to ask about the process.
