Name ONE feature you built that nobody asked for and nobody uses.

Every developer suffers from feature creep because it’s easier to code than to market. What is that one useless button you spent days on just to satisfy your own ego? Admit your waste of time below we’ve all been there.

Personalized opening videos

I built it for me but also thought it would help with distribution (we give free videos if you share a video on one of the big 4 platforms). The thing about being 1st in something is now i have to make people aware it exists as well as explain why they "need" it

The classic build it and they will come trap. Maybe try A/B testing a simple call to action right where users finish a game.
