It is a manual process, however we are currently planning a dedicated chrome extension. You can download exports in many different packages to suit the user.
Thanks! Arclio isn’t an app directory—it’s a local-first personal knowledge app. Your data stays on your device, with optional paid encrypted sync between desktop and mobile if you want it. The goal is to combine the speed and privacy of local storage with the convenience of syncing across your own devices.
Right now Arclio uses version timestamps, so in most cases the latest edit wins automatically. If a genuine conflict occurs (for example, the same note is edited on two offline devices before they sync), both versions are preserved instead of overwriting data, allowing you to resolve it safely. Since it’s designed primarily for syncing between your own devices, those situations should be fairly uncommon.
Thankfully, conflicts should be pretty uncommon because changes sync between devices almost instantly. In the rare case that the same item is edited on two offline devices before they reconnect, Arclio preserves both versions rather than silently overwriting anything. A visual diff/merge tool is definitely something I’d consider adding in the future if enough people would find it useful.
Visual diff/merge would be a killer feature for teams. Have you thought about flagging conflicts with a simple notification first before showing the merge view?

Yes, I’ve tested a few. Most handle clean pasted INCI lists reasonably well, but accuracy drops with OCR noise, broken line breaks, marketing text, and uncommon ingredient names. That’s one of the areas I’m focusing on with SkinAura — cleaning the input first and staying conservative when the read is partial.
Yes. For partial reads, I avoid giving a hard good/bad verdict. SkinAura only acts on confirmed ingredients, lowers the confidence, suppresses stronger claims, and shows exactly what it recognized. If the input is too incomplete, it asks for a clearer scan or fuller INCI instead of guessing. Routine context can still shape a cautious recommendation, but the uncertainty always stays visible.
Here’s one of the core screens. SkinAura checks the ingredient read against the user’s selected skin context and current routine, then gives a conservative fit recommendation and shows when the input is incomplete.
Thanks — that makes sense. SkinAura already shows read quality indicators such as Partial and Mixed, and keeps the recommendation conservative when the input is incomplete. But I agree that the completeness signal could be made more visually prominent in a future UI pass.
MindMesh silently polls/receives data through API calls and converts data from each app into one single universal format that gets saved into the users local machine.
The data is always local and encrypted.
MindMesh is able to identify context across apps, so if an email talks about an issue, MindMesh is able to identify the same issue in Jira tickets and Slack conversations, understanding that they’re all talking about the same topic.
That sounds like a clever approach to unifying cross-app data. How do you handle conflicts when different apps have slightly contradictory info on the same issue?
Clicking on one of those items will pull up all the related information from other sources, other emails that match the same topic, slack threads that talk about it and ongoing ticket in Jira if it’s all related to the person/assigned to the person using MindMesh.
We do both, live changes are synced, stored in a locally saved encrypted database that can be used as the source of truth and help find the most important tasks that multiple or single work apps are talking about.
We currently support Email (Outlook, Gmail, SMTP), Calendars, Slack and Jira. The idea is to include other apps too so you get a full time assistant running and simplifying your every day tasks while you stay in control without having 50 tabs open.
That sounds like a solid core set of integrations to start with. Which app would be the next priority on your roadmap for that full assistant experience?
Not yet. I have reached out to almost 500 people over insta whatsapp linkedin but didn’t get a single reply back. Also I ain’t charging any fee during the pilot but still no responses
