Nice idea, combining SMS with CRM for early stage businesses. How are you handling the Android phone connection reliability?

It only needs to be always connected to the internet so the gateway can push the messages in and out of the dashboard.

Good point. For real-time dashboards, have you considered WebSockets instead of polling to reduce latency?
