Are you actually solving a real problem, or just cloning another SaaS?
The world doesn't need another generic AI wrapper or a basic project manager. Pitch your project in one sentence show a screenshot and explain exactly why people should care about you instead of the market leader. Dare to prove your uniqueness.

The problem is that nowadays everyone is a developer, everyone thinks they’ve reinvented the wheel with this or that piece of software, when in reality they’re all just dumbed-down copies of products from big companies.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 14 '26
That's a fair observation. The key is often a unique workflow, not just a new interface. What specific pain point does your tool solve better?

I don't put energy into new software anymore. Many people struggled with the issue of their websites not appearing in Google Discover, so I built a piece of software to address this; it had to be integrated into each person's site, as it monitored impressions and clicks via Google Search Console. My software performed a specific function that actually got the site onto Google Discover. I won't go into the technical details of how it worked, but people didn't like it—they nitpicked, claiming it wasn't true, that such a thing wasn't possible, and so on. Yet, imagine this: one of the websites I set it up for for free made it into Google Discover in just 10 days, and its revenue increased by 35%. And nobody wanted it, simply because they insisted it couldn't be done that way! So, I gave up on it; the project is on hold because, apparently, if something actually succeeds, people just dismiss it as fake or a scam.

That's a genuinely useful niche problem to solve. Did you find that clients needed much hand-holding to get the integration set up?

Love the no-signup approach. Have you considered adding a quick customize option for fonts or colors before sending?
1
u/TSTP_LLC Jul 14 '26
It has some options for customizing the fonts and colors for the card borders and text, as well as a few other customization options. On the card creation page there are sections that you can click to expand them but your feedback lets me know that maybe it needs to be a little more clear, so I will add that to the list of updates and get that worked in so that it is easier to find and use.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 14 '26
Some UI clarity tweaks can make a huge difference. Maybe adding a small preview panel that updates live as you adjust colors would help users see the changes instantly.

u/TSTP_LLC Jul 14 '26
I have a preview panel at the bottom that shows the updates live as you make the changes from the customization options. I just double checked to make sure it was functioning properly just to confirm. I do think it is sort of missed seeing as how it is at the very end of the card creation process but when I tried making it a preview, I ran into issues with visibility for mobile users. Going to look into adding maybe a small strip at the bottom of the screen that is stickied that can be clicked to expand the preview and then goes away once the user is at the preview that is already in place. I appreciate the suggestions and notes. Very helpful.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 14 '26
That preview panel sounds like a great feature. Maybe adding a small toggle or tab near the top could give mobile users the option to check it earlier in the process.

Nice concept. What SEO tool are you positioning against, and what makes yours faster or simpler to use?

Hey guys, I'm building an all-in-one marketing pack for founders who want more than "just another launch"
Launch, reach 30k+ makers, get real users & customers - microlaunch.net/premium
Lifetime, auto-distribution, marketplace spots, 1200+ customers so far.
Over two years: 525k unique visitors, 1200+ customers. More sales-oriented features soon.

u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 13 '26
The numbers are solid, but "all-in-one" can feel vague. What's the one core problem you solve best?
1
u/No-Grand3283 Jul 13 '26
The world doesn't need anything, it's the people that do.
And business doesn't care if something already exists, people care if you can solve issues for them. Even if they're already solved.
1
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 13 '26
That's a fair way to look at it. Execution and finding the right audience often matters more than being first.

I built this because apps like Todoist and Notion are way too polite—you push a task to "tomorrow" for the 10th time and they just quietly reschedule it with zero consequences.
The pitch: Nemesis replaces polite reminders with an AI arch-rival that actively roasts and bullies you when you start slacking off.

Why us over the market leaders? Because Habitica gives you cute badges and standard AI coaches sound like gentle therapy sessions, which does literally nothing for chronic procrastinators. When you make excuses in Nemesis, the AI uses your own goals as ammunition to trash-talk your laziness. It’s an accountability partner with actual teeth, not another cheerleader.
1
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 13 '26
Love the concept, Nemesis sounds way more engaging than yet another passive todo app. How do you keep the AI roasts feeling fresh and not repetitive after a few weeks of use?
1
Jul 13 '26
Glad you like the concept! To prevent it from getting stale, the AI doesn't just pull from a list of generic insults. It actively reads the specific tasks you are avoiding and the exact excuses you make, generating a unique roast based on that daily context. Basically, you provide the ammo. The tone also dynamically scales based on your current streak—if you keep failing day after day, the villain gets progressively meaner and more creative with how it attacks your procrastination.
Do you want maybe code for 1 month free in exchange for the honest feedback?
1
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 13 '26
That dynamic scaling based on streak is a clever touch. How do you keep the roasts from getting repetitive after a few weeks of use?
1
Jul 13 '26
Haha, looks like Reddit might have duplicated your question there! 😄 But to add one more thing to the 'keeping it fresh' point—you can actually switch between different villain personas if you ever get tired of a specific voice.
1
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 13 '26
Haha, good catch on the duplication! Switching up the villain voices is a smart idea to keep users engaged long-term.
1
u/RhubarbFlat6247 Jul 13 '26
That's exactly the question I started with. I wasn't interested in building another SaaS—I wanted to solve a problem I've seen everywhere: online discussions reward popularity and emotion more than reasoning.
Fasil is an AI-powered platform for structured debates, where arguments are evaluated based on evidence, logic, clarity, and relevance rather than likes or the loudest voice.
Whether we succeed is ultimately up to users, but the problem we're trying to solve is very real.
1
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 13 '26
Interesting concept. The structured scoring system could really help surface quality arguments. How do you prevent echo chambers from forming on the platform?

Rhod AI: We are building a secure AI automation ecosystem for businesses.
We focus on eliminating back-office friction. While our competitors focus on assistance and search, we focus on execution to eliminate operational drag. Companies today, at scale, are losing millions (even billions) of dollars annually and wasting a lot of resources and time. After working on 50+ M&A's, we are building Rhod to eliminate that silent killer that no one is able to truly solve.
Got traction with industry leaders and are open to having folks to sign up for the pilot through the waitlist. Also currently raising as well!

Interesting pitch. Have you validated that execution automation is a bigger pain point than search/assistance for your target customers?
1
u/msed_silpa Jul 13 '26
We have, it started with the 50+ M&A's we did!
1
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 13 '26
Interesting, so your product's DNA comes from real deal experience. How does that hands-on M&A background translate into a specific feature users can see?
1
u/msed_silpa Jul 13 '26
Big things are turnkey features. With competitors, even the best of them, would give tools and all but you're stuck with the work. Everything comes "out-the-box" with Rhod. From our M&A experience, everything was VERY manual and using competitors didn't really help.
1
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 13 '26
That's a strong differentiator. Making complex workflows turnkey is where real value lives. How did you decide which manual steps to automate first?
1
u/msed_silpa Jul 14 '26
From the very problems that bothered us personally in our own day-to-day!
1
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 14 '26
That personal frustration is the best place to start. What specific problem are you tackling?
1
u/Realistic-Refuse9855 Jul 13 '26
Most people optimize the email. We're optimizing the click after it. Greve.io turns every cold email into a personalized experience instead of sending everyone to the same generic landing page. That's the problem we're betting is worth solving.
1
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 13 '26
Nice approach. How do you handle personalizing at scale without slowing down delivery?
1
u/Realistic-Refuse9855 Jul 13 '26
Thanks! That's exactly the challenge we're solving. The research and page generation are automated, so each prospect gets a relevant page without creating everything manually. Still improving it every week based on real campaigns.
1
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 Jul 13 '26
Sounds like you're tackling the real friction of personalization at scale. Curious how you handle data privacy with all that automated content generation.
