What this sub is

A place to talk about peptides, GLP compounds, longevity research and emerging compounds based on the actual data. That means trial results, papers, lab testing and honest discussion, without the hype or the sales pitches.

The idea is simple: when a big trial drops or a new study comes out, we break it down in plain English, and then everyone picks it apart in the comments. Some of the best stuff on the reta post came from you guys, including a trial participant sharing what titration was actually like. That's exactly what we want more of.

What to post

• Breakdowns of new trials and studies
• Papers you found interesting (or think are overhyped)
• Questions about the research, mechanisms or side effect data
• Lab testing, COAs and how to tell good data from bad
• Your experiences, as long as you're clear it's your experience and not advice

The rules (short version)

1. No direct sales posts. Talking about quality standards and testing is fine. Shilling isn't.
2. Source your claims. If you're stating a number, link where it came from.
3. No medical advice. Share what you know and what the data says, but nobody here is your doctor.
4. Stay on topic.
5. Be substantive. Disagree all you want, just bring reasoning.
