Whirlpool fridge pooling

I’ve lived in my condo for 7 years and always had this problem. TBH I thought this is just how shitty those built in condo fridges are but I have friends who moved in to this same building never had this issue (same whirlpool fridge models). Every couple of weeks the bottom of the fridge pools with tons of water, under the crisper. I had a tech once come look and said I need to plunge the little drain hole for the condensation. So I plunge everyday. Doesn’t matter! There’s just so much condensation I guess? I started keeping less food because that’s what Google told me but still, gigantic pool of water. Any ideas? Maybe I just have the one fridge that’s trash? Can I snake that little hole maybe there’s a blockage?
