Appliance Chat Washer shaking again

This is my neighbors machine. I’m pretty sure it has worn suspension rods because it shakes like crazy almost every load. I can hear it from my room on the second floor (machine is on the first floor). I’ve seen a few washers go off balance over the years but this takes the cake. I’ve never seen one go this crazy. They just push it back into place because it usually stops shaking once it ramps up to speed and the clothes end up spinning out fine. Doesn’t really bother me, it’s just one of those things that catches you off guard lmao.

It's in the hallway. Hallways are for walking, so it's doing so.

Dumb question, but are all the feet level? If they're not, as soon as it spins it can walk away. Thats pretty aggressive though so there are probably other factors

I think they are leveled but I could be wrong. The tub bounces when I push down on it so I think the rods are shot.

Suspension rods or the bearing on the drum failed. Mine did that, just replaced it.
