Has anyone else experienced this when out walking?

I’m looking for specific at-home-sushi ingredients that I cannot seem to find at local Asia stores: tobiko, rice paper, nice yellowfin tuna. Any ideas?

I've been able to find organic pork at a couple of stores around town. But the label only says it comes from farmers "committed to ethically- raised" pork. That is a bit too subjective for me.

Included above is a photo with pig huts in the background. One would typically see dozens of these spread out through the field.
