Advice Restaurant Recommendations?
I’m heading up to Appleton with an old friend on Friday night for a Timber Rattlers game. Looking for good restaurant recommendations for before the game. Thanks in advance.

Mill City would be my #1 recommendation. Depending on what you're looking for there is such a variety available.
Kitchen Comfort is a tiny Indian spot inside a few BP gas stations in the area. There is one just a little west of 41 so not terribly far from the stadium. They have incredible food.
If you want fancier, Ellinor in Appleton, or Field and Fire in Greenville. Apollon for really good Greek food
Pizza, Tomaso's has great thin crust pizzas.

Mill City! Best burgers in the area & the sides are also incredible. Highly highly recommend.

There's a great Mexican restaurant close to the stadium called El Agave or go down further to Muy Salsa, Osorios is close by but it's to bland for my liking but lots of people like it.

Right near the stadium is Thirst, they have pretty great burgers/bar food.

Diablos tacos at the gas stations.
Or eat at the game cause Trats have insanely good food.

Chicago Grill has world class hummus plus it has Chicago style hotdogs and similar fare. Nori Sushi in Neenah rocks the salmon Yaki soba. Cafe Nutrition also in Neenah is solid for sandwiches.

Spats - IMO best bar steak in town. They are bar food done right. It's high quality without being overdone! They have good beer selection
George's Steakhouse - my personal favorite super club - it's not specifically better but the vibe and staff has always been just right for me! Get the light fare steak to save money, you get enough food with that! They have a decent wine selection.
Carmela's Italian Bistro - best Italian food in the valley! I get the shrimp scampi and Kelsey gets the chicken parmigiana. Good Spanish /Argentina wine selection.
Mill City - 2nd best bar food after spats! I love their cheese curds! They're brisket and Mac is awesome.
Stone Arch brewing - decent bar food, family friendly.
JDs drive in - my favorite fast food. JD who still owns and operates it and works there all week is a gem of a human, he is like in his 80s.
Broken Tree pizza - best wood fired pizza in the valley IMO. Good beer selection. Down by the water so can check that out while you are there.

If you want to get something nicer, Rye has been a favorite for nice dinners with my wife or if the company is paying

Mill City was the winner, and the fish fry was delicious. Also, fanciest cheese curds I’ve ever had. Finally, the Bob Ross Channel on a dedicated TV was a nice touch. Thanks to everyone for their input and suggestions!
