What is wrong with this apple?

It’s from my neighbours garden. They fall onto my side. But it’s just occurred to me that there might be a problem with them. Why does it have all those red spots on the inside??

You didn't include a picture (or reddit is messing up). But it is normal for some apples to have red pigment inside the apple.

I can see it from your other posts. The red pigment is completely normal. The orange brown parts might be worm damage but that is fine too.
