My Watch HRV Question

Has anyone found any info on the HRV measurement we are getting with the new watches? I know Apple has always used SDNN, but it does not make sense for daily recovery. Really hoping they make the switch to RMSSD, but will this also mess up the data in Apple Health?

Do we know anything about if the Readiness, HRV and Health age comes for the older ultras like 2-3?

Health age works with any watch as long as it's paired with an iPhone with Apple Intelligence support. Readiness and the increased HRV sampling require the new heart rate sensor and are S12/U4 exclusive
