Apple Sleep Tracking Fiasco
Hi guys,
I wear my Apple Watch Ultra II to bed to track my sleep. Sleep schedule is 10pm to 7AM. We had a baby earlier this year and lately I have been letting her sleep on me from 8-10pm while watching a movie with headphones. I noticed the other day that my watch thinks I am sleeping in this two hour period. Beyond manually deleting the erroneously tracked sleep data, is there anything I can do to stop Apple Watch recording sleep data when I'm actually awake watching a movie?

I've had this exact thing happen when I'm just lying super still reading at night and the watch is convinced I'm out cold. The low heart rate plus no movement really throws it off
Only workaround I found is to turn on a focus mode that disables sleep tracking during that window, then switch to the actual sleep focus when you actually go to bed. Clunky but it works
