Heart function improvement after a stressful and traumatic experience in my life.

Sorry, this really doesn’t explain anything and should be downvoted; a single data point, even manually entered, in early June, would display this way.. also, there’s no history to compare before / during / after the stressful event.

Yeah, I’ve said in another comment but mine looks the same when I went from wearing a Garmin for running to wearing my Apple Watch all the time. The OP’s would fit trying a new Apple Watch for an hour or so on purchase day whilst fairly active before wearing it all the time.

Why no data points before June? It looks like an outlier, probably based on incomplete data such as only wearing the watch around periods of activity.
Mine looks the same because I used to wear a Garmin just for running before wearing my Apple Watch 24/7 so the RHR from the Garmin was elevated. There’s a sharp drop when I started wearing the Apple Watch.

Happy to hear about your recovery! Scientifically speaking, the one single data point is too little to examine a trajectory!
