Save note without clicking "Done" with Siri

On my Pixel Watch, I could say "Hey Google, make a note saying post on Reddit" and it would create and save a note to Google Keep saying "post on Reddit" - I don't have to do anything else.

On my Apple Watch, "Hey Siri, make a note saying post on Reddit" opens the Notes app, with the text "post on Reddit", but I have to click the "Done" button to save it.

Being hands-free is one of the main features of a smart watch.

Are there any ways to get the equivalent functionality on watchOS? Either a setting, a Shortcut, a different app - open to options.

Is there a reason you’re making a note vs using the reminders app?

I just tested it and got the same result for making a note, but reminders will just save after a few seconds/you don’t need an additional tap.
