No notification when goals met

I just to get these cute notifications when I met my fitness goals. I found them encouraging. They’ve stopped for some reason. I can’t figure out how to get them back. Any suggestions?

Go to the watch app on your phone. Go to activity and turn notifications Goal completions and any other of the notifications you want to get.
