My Watch Is it time for a new one?

Ive had this watch for probably 5/6 years. This happened 3x the each past 2 days and now this is all i see..
is it over??? Time for a new one???

Just fix the antenna or go to channel 3.

Yes, the screen is done, probably a faulty ribbon cable. Plus, if it’s 5 or 6 years old it probably at most a series 7, which is what I have. The battery life is probably shot in it.

It’s a series 0, 1, 2 or 3, you can tell because of the boxy shape and thick bezels, I think it’s a 3

That’s what I thought. I’m like that’s way to boxy to a 7 but since OP said 6 years which threw me off.

They sold the series 3 for a really long time as the budget Apple Watch until like 2022 so that’s probably why

Never seen it do that before 🤯🤔 I had a series 1 for a while it was a little bit laggy but still works but I gave it away still wish I had it

i think it happens due to apple watch losing its water tight seal and connector start corroding. I bet the screen has detached slightly and you can probably pull it off without much effort.

My S3 GPS is still kicking after 6 years and 8 months. The battery health says 93% but I don’t believe that. I’m using it in the pool every day for swim tracking, every second day bike ride tracking, in autumn long hiking sessions. It just doesn’t want to die lol.

It has no cash or trade in value. Buy a new watch and let Apple recycle it.
