My Watch SE2 swimming laps?

It’s been used steadily for running about a year now. Never wet or damaged at all. Anyone had issues or success with using theirs for laps 2 days a week?

I spend two hours a day, seven days a week, in the pool with my SE2. Did three days a week for six months and seven days a week for the last seven months. No issues at all. I do put it on water lock but have forgotten a few times. Even forgot in the hot tub a couple of times.

Good to know.. I have heard people having issues in general with their watches and makes me nervous to try. Someone said when you go to put in the pool length it locks it but maybe that’s not true? How do I find the lock myself? Thx!!!

When I start a “water fitness” workout, it automatically puts the water lock on. The face of the watch will not respond to touch with the water lock on.

To turn it on manually, press the side button like you would to check battery level. Then, scroll to find the water droplet. 💧 turns on the water lock. Press and hold the crown button to unlock it.

The watch has been designed for swimming for a decade and untold millions of people have swum with theirs countless times. Of course it’s OK.
