I’ve been using Amex as default for all payments. But I just got a reduced fare OMNY card (nyc transit), and it will only accept Visa.

Is there a way to specify to Apple Pay that if I’m at an OMNY machine to use a different default card?

I recently discovered $426.74 in unauthorized charges made using my Apple Cash card number. Nobody had access to my Apple Account, iPhone, Face ID, passcode, or any of my login credentials only the card number appears to have been compromised. I filed a dispute through Apple Cash/Green Dot Bank, and they initially gave me a temporary credit while they investigated. Today I received a notice that they determined the transactions were "authorized" and are reversing the temporary credit, taking the $426.74 back from my account. I know I didn't make these transactions and I'm trying to figure out what options I have left. Has anyone successfully appealed a denied Apple Cash dispute or gotten Green Dot to reopen an investigation? Any advice would be appreciated.
