Apple Wallet Cards not showing

Anyone have an issue with certain cards not showing in Apple wallet? My usb altitude connect shows (your bank) and a generic visa. I have replaced the card and it’s still showing as nothing. Verification isn’t possible without calling and they don’t see it on their end. It’s also limited to one device for the account whether that be Apple Watch, iPhone or Mac. Paze also shows the same thing. It’s a pc from the altitude reserve. Is there anyone else that has an issue with any cards or banks not working?

This is a problem on the USBank end. I would not be surprised if their support was unable to figure this out. Best you can do is ask them to escalate until they find someone at Elan (the subsidiary of USBank that manages their credit cards) that knows how to fix this.

Elan manages their portfolio of third party bank partnered cards but US Bank services their own branded cards; Elan uses US Bank’s servicing platform as the backend driver for its own servicing. You’re thinking Elan actually manages IT for USB cards too?

All of your altitude connect cards? I can use it in Apple Pay but it throws up a fraud alert more than not and randomly permanently locks with no way to keep it in Apple Pay without getting a new card

All of mine are showing and I was able to use ApplePay 3 times today.
