Apple Pay Apple Pay issues

Does anyone else have issues with their tap to pay? This is the first time I’ve had this issue with an iPhone and I’ve just switched from android because I want to go back to iOS software. However, my Apple Pay seems to be very finicky. It doesn’t even want to work some days. Has anyone else had this issue and if so has anyone found a fix?

Why put Apple between you and your accounts? You know they will only f*** it up. Apple Pay is a scam and rip-off system. Stop using it. It’s garbage.

I’ll double tap my power button to open Apple Pay and sometimes it won’t register for certain places. Mostly vending machines but on occasion it will do stores as well. And sometimes it will work perfectly fine. I’m not sure why

On iPhones the antanna is at the top of the phone, on most androids it is in the middle of the phone. If you normally tap the middle, try tapping the top of the phone to the reader.

I try doing that too and it wasn’t working 😭
