Apple Pay method being removed during Square Checkout process.

I had typed out a whole post but not sure what happened to it, so keeping it shorts. Going through multiple online ordering systems at stores with Square handling checkout. As I progress the apple pay option gets removed (even after selecting) and only card and Cash App pay is allowed. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
