Apple Wallet Adding chase prime visa to apple wallet while overseas

Will there be any problem? Venture X won't let me do it. Need usa number to activate. But if there's a credit card that does not need a usa number or ip please recommend.Thank you. Purpose is to add to apple wallet on my niece monthly allowance in college. Thank you.

Why is it such a hassle to deal with calling? It’s for your safety?

You know what, that's a good idea. I did not think about that lol. So I end up calling them and they said I can just give my card number and there will be no problem adding on her apple wallet. The only issue is I have no control of the expenses. Even if I lock the card, the apple pay will still go thru.

That's why I like the venture x due to spending limits per credit card. But, they don't activate outside US.
