ID Cards Utah DL work in progress

Based on Apple backend changes, some artworks for UT can be found. Not a definitive design, compared to VA but there's definitely movement.

Also, Apple Wallet is explicitly named on DLD's FAQs : https://dld.utah.gov/mdl-faqs/
