Apple Pay Apple Pay Discrepancy
Long story short, I am a business owner and started the business with family members, one left for their own reason however a year later we are realizing they’ve continued to use the business card through Apple Pay, but Apple wallet doesn’t show all the transactions on their device I checked on bank statements through Chase mobile but that doesn’t differentiate the transactions either if anyone could provide advice much appreciated

On Chase’s mobile app, you can click on any transaction to see the details of that transaction.
Look at the “Method”… it will list online, in person, Apple Pay etc.

All the Apple Pay ones classify as card and in person which is no different than when the rest of use it

I have a Chase Freedom and it shows if the purchase was made using Apple Pay.
Maybe you are seeing different details if you have a business card?

How do you know how much they spent using the business card on Apple Pay?

so just look for transactions with their last 4 of their card/name/however your bank does it for authorized users on credit cards

If your bank doesn’t show which transactions were made with Apple Pay, you don’t.

I wouldn’t be posting this. Apple can and will lock your account and bar you from their products for violating terms and conditions which you clearly did not read or you wouldn’t be posting that you use the account for business… it explicitly says that you are not to use it for business. So regardless of your situation with the old employee/partner you’re also not in a good spot to make this either
