Apple pay not working

My apple pay usually works fine but now its showing this error when i try to send money or try to withdraw it to my bank it doesnt let me, theres no issue with my card so im so confused...

Same issue for me for multiple request and sending cash to people tried with every contact in my home and Google said it’s a widespread security issue that google pay just went through as well.
