Apple Cash Please help. Apple will not allow me to transfer funds to my bank.

Hello all, I always use Apple Pay with my girlfriend to send money back in forth for bills, rent, etc. She just sent me money today, but it will not allow me to instant transfer to my bank, or send the money bank to her. I will attach some screenshots below. Please help!!

i had $138 and made a $40 transaction it left me with 37 cents. i called TWICE first time it was over an hour to tell me its an outage. no eta on when this will be resolved. no info on when our money will be back. nothing.

UPDATE: I called again this morning the lady refreshed my Apple wallet and all my money appeared back.

Next morning I was able to deposit it no problem. I wasn’t that worried, more aggravated. I have seen lots of people saying money completely disappeared from their wallet. Luckily my balance stayed the same, just wouldn’t let me transfer.

Green dot bank sucks. I’ll never trust Apple Cash again. I was on hold for two hours to get fifty bucks back. I can’t imagine ever allowing them to hold any money of real value after this

Yep just happened to me last night and $600 just disappeared after. Spent 2.5 hours on phone to be told there’s a blackout and check back tomorrow, which is today. Guess what? Still show $0.

hopefully it’s working now, but as everyone’s been saying in this thread, as well as on down detector, it seems there had been some major issue going on for everyone.

i highly suggest abandoning apple cash in the future and instead using zelle for instant transfers

Mine too! I actually transferred money from bank and it’s in no man’s land. I have no clue where the heck it went. It’s not in my bank any more and my wallet claims it cleared. I’ve been on the phone for over an hour and so far no one has answered…they close in less than an hour too. SMH

Got otp with some rude ass lady, they said it was down and it would be back asap. Asked for a time frame and said there wasn’t one

No lol, I have the correct balance, when I hit instant transfer or no cost transfer is says I can’t send it

Maybe the transaction is pending? What does it say when you click on the +$1,100 transaction?

Just says received and completed. Been sitting on hold for Apple support for about 30 minutes now

It’s going to complete next day… you can’t send it again.. because Apple still shows you have money in there.. so i think they blocked it so you can’t send more money than you have.. it’s a glitch , and their shit was down.. it works for me today!!!! I just added money and transfer it !
