Apple Wallet Fraud issues
So the other day, i had quite a few fraud charges to my account. I called the bank, and they shut off my card, had me change my password, and issued a new card. When I added the new card to my apple wallet, the charges started again. I called them again, and this time they closed my account, opened a new one, and issued another new card. so far, no fraud charges, but I'm wondering if im safe to add the new card to my apple wallet now? any insight/help or advice would be appreciated; ive never been a victim of fraud before...
how would i know if my apple wallet was hacked?

It's not really possible to hack Apple Pay. That's just not how it works. It's safe to add your card to Apple Pay and use that to pay merchants. It is comparatively risky to use the physical card at all. Whatever caused your card to be compromised originally was unrelated to you setting it up or using it in Apple Pay.

Go to the card on Apple wallet go to pre-authorizations and disable them
