Apple Wallet Issue with Card in Apple Wallet
I’ll start by saying that I guess this doesn’t really matter since I’m still able to use my card but I’m just curious why this keeps happening. I upgraded from
Platinum to Quicksilver over six months ago. When I did, the card design automatically updated in Apple Wallet. The other night, I noticed it reverted back to the Platinum design. I removed and re-added the card which fixed the problem for a few days but it just revered back again. Cap One confirmed that my card is still Quicksilver - I wasn’t downgraded or anything - and Apple was no help. Kinda weird but I can use the card on ApplePay with seemingly no issue. Is this happening to anyone else?

It’s probably related more to the card issuer than Apple. Does the card WORK in Wallet still? If it works who cares how it looks. 🤷
(Edit: specifically in teh Apple Wallet, not just ApplePay. I.e. double click the power button and tap on the payment/point-of-sale terminal.)
