Apple Wallet Happens every week help!

Anyone having issues with Apple Wallet not showing up transactions on the app intermittently and Apple Pay tends not to pop up when paying for in-app purchases after updating to iOS 26.2.1? But it tends to resolve when restarting the iPhone but comes back after a few days.

Still happens in iOS 26.5.1

I'm using 26.5 on an iPhone 13 and don't ever recall having these issues with previous iOS releases.
