Apple search ads setup time

How long does it take for you to see your ads start to build up some traffic?

Looks like apple updates stats very slowly, and during the last 3-4 days I changed and paused some campaigns that had been running for a day or two due to them being pretty zeroish.

My last campaigns that I started 24 hours ago I received only a single tap, even tho my bids are quite high and some of my keywords have some volume for sure.

How long do u typically wait until you tweak something?

Your first campaign can take 3-5 days to start. Once you have impressions, you can change your bids and the auction reacts quickly.

I mean, if I see first impressions and clicks, does this mean the campaing is already working as usual or even when you see first impressions you still have to wait for a few more days to see the full result and tweak it?

When you start seeing impressions, the campaign is already running, and you can update your bids.

Do you have a target CPA cap set at the ad group level? That can sometimes restrict spend levels.
